We operate websites and online services that publish research and provide information about national-security risks affecting U.S. businesses (e.g., counter-espionage, IP protection, critical-infrastructure risk, economic influence, and information-operation analysis). By accessing or using our sites or materials (the “Sites”), you agree to these Terms.

1) Acceptance of Terms

Using the Sites means you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies (including Privacy Guidelines and this page). If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

You represent that you are at least 13 years old, not located in a jurisdiction subject to broad U.S. sanctions, and not an individual or entity on any U.S. restricted-party list. Access may be limited or blocked where prohibited by law.

4) Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Guidelines (effective November 10, 2025).

5) Security, Responsible Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • access, probe, or scan systems without authorization;

  • interfere with security or integrity (e.g., malware, DDoS, credential stuffing);

  • attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits;

  • submit or upload any classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or materials obtained unlawfully;

  • use the Sites in violation of U.S. law, including export-control and sanctions regulations;

  • misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate others.

Security issues? Report via [email protected] (Subject: [VULN]). Do not exploit beyond what’s necessary to demonstrate an issue.

6) Research Content & No Professional Advice

Site content is for informational purposes only. We do not provide legal advice, law-enforcement directives, or guarantees of outcome. Decisions you make based on our content are at your own risk.

7) No Client Relationship from Browsing

Viewing or downloading materials does not create a client or advisory relationship. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement.

8) Submissions & Intel

If you provide tips, files, or intel (collectively, “Submissions”):

  • You confirm you have the legal right to share them.

  • Do not send classified/CUI or export-controlled data.

  • We may analyze, use, and share Submissions with competent authorities or trusted partners where lawful and necessary to mitigate credible threats (see Privacy Guidelines).

  • Submissions are non-confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9) Accounts (if enabled)

If the Sites allow account creation, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites (texts, reports, graphics, logos, and layouts) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws.

  • You may view and download copies for personal, non-commercial use with all notices intact.

  • Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

  • Trademarks and service marks on the Sites remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to third-party sites or tools are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use third-party resources at your own risk.

12) Export Controls & Sanctions

Content and technology available through the Sites may be subject to U.S. export laws and sanctions (e.g., EAR/OFAC). You agree to comply with all applicable restrictions and not to export, re-export, or provide content where prohibited.

13) Disclaimers

THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2430 GROUP INC AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR SECURITY INCIDENTS CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

15) Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold 2430 GROUP INC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Sites, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Sites at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

18) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Sites.
