We are a U.S.–based research & consulting organization focused on national-security risk and corporate protection (e.g., counter-espionage, IP protection, critical-infrastructure risk, economic influence & information-operation analysis).


1) Scope

This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you:

  • visit our websites or social pages (“Sites”);

  • contact us, request materials, or subscribe to updates;

  • engage us for research/consulting; or

  • submit threat-intelligence tips (“Intel Submissions”).

If a separate contract, NDA, or Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies to an engagement, that document controls for that engagement.


2) What We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from lawful third-party sources.

A. Identifiers & Contact – name, email, phone, organization/title, postal address.
B. Professional/Service Data – requests, communications, meeting notes, deliverables, invoicing metadata.
C. Internet/Technical Data – IP, device/OS/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, referrers, cookies/SDK logs, error/crash logs.
D. Intel Submissions – facts/files/metadata you voluntarily provide about suspected state-linked espionage, IP theft, infrastructure targeting, economic coercion, or information operations.
E. Public/OSINT Sources – information from public records, sanctions lists, corporate registries, academic and media sources, and other lawful databases to support research.


3) How We Use Information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Sites and our services.

  • Perform research, assessments, and deliverables for clients.

  • Triage Intel Submissions; where lawful and necessary to address credible harm to people or critical infrastructure, coordinate with appropriate authorities.

  • Communicate service updates, reports, and invitations (you can opt out anytime).

  • Comply with and enforce applicable laws; prevent fraud/abuse and protect our rights.

EEA/UK visitors: where applicable, legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests (security research, service delivery, fraud prevention), consent (e.g., newsletters/cookies), and legal obligations.


4) Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, CRM, payment processors) under confidentiality and data-protection terms;

  • Clients/partners as needed to deliver contracted work, consistent with NDAs/DPAs;

  • Government or law-enforcement when required by law or to address credible threats, protect rights/safety, or safeguard critical infrastructure.

5) Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies and limited analytics to understand usage and strengthen security/usability. Controls are provided in our Cookie Policy and via your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain features.


6) Security

We apply layered controls (encryption in transit/at rest where appropriate, least-privilege access, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and staff training). No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by law.


7) Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law/contract. Typical periods:

  • Web logs/analytics: up to 12–18 months;

  • Client/project and invoicing records: up to 7 years after closure;

  • Intel Submissions: up to 5 years (or longer if tied to an investigation/legal hold).


8) International Transfers

Our systems operate in the United States. If you access from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).


9) Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location (e.g., certain U.S. states; EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or request portability.

  • Email opt-out: use the unsubscribe link or contact us.

  • Privacy requests: see Contact below. We will verify your identity and respond within applicable timeframes.
    We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.


10) Intel Submissions – Special Terms

By sending Intel, you confirm you have the legal right to share it. We may analyze, correlate, and—where lawful and necessary—share with competent authorities or trusted partners to mitigate threats. Submitting Intel does not create a client relationship or guarantee action/outcome.

External sites/tools we reference have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices.


12) Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice to reflect operational or legal changes. The Effective date above shows the latest version.
